Arranged for solo voice or instrument and a harp accompaniment. Two harpers could each play one staff to further simplify the music. The accompaniment gives  a solid feeling of movement providing a supportive, rhythmical foundation. A change to full arpeggiated chords brings that feeling of rejoicing to a conclusion.
